I stopped by Manifest Cafe on opening day and it completely exceeded expectations. The place has such a vibrant, modern vibe with excellent branding — everything from the decor to the menu design feels fresh and thoughtfully done. I had a salad and an açai bowl, both absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly made with healthy, quality ingredients. The kids came with me and loved it too — the açai was a big hit, and the relaxed atmosphere made it super family-friendly. So excited to have a place like this in town. Healthy food, great service, and a space that works just as well for adults as it does for little ones. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing healthy food, this is exactly what we needed in Swansea. You can either pick a salad from the menu or create your own, I created my own and it was so yummy. We also tried an açai bowl which was so good! I can’t wait to go back

I came in to try their açai bowls and I wasn’t disappointed one bit. Fresh fruit placed over the frozen smoothie and the frozen smoothie was a nice and enjoyable texture with a good taste to it. Plenty of options, the interior is spacious with plenty on seating and nice decor. The staff and owners seem very lovely, kind and welcoming towards their customers which is the perfect way to be. Will be coming again with my family and friends.

Come with me to Swansea’s newest açai & salad launch – @manifestcafeuk Manifest is the freshest addition to the Swansea food scene – opened by partners Poppy & Danny, who’ve brought big Aussie café vibes into this lush little spot. Pronounced “ah-sah-EE”, açai is a Brazilian superfruit packed with antioxidants, fibre & healthy fats – and their soft serve version is completely dairy-free and gluten-free Here’s what we had: Sriracha Chicken Salad Bowl – feta, sweet potato, greens… absolute flavour bomb Child’s Açai Bowl – banana, strawbs & choc sauce (don’t judge, it slapped) Iced Mocha – smooth, chocolatey and strong Strawberry Iced Matcha – sweet, refreshing, totally different and lush The space looks like a franchise but it’s all small-business energy. Make sure you check out the mural at the back – and if you can, ask Poppy to tell you the story behind it. Worth it.

This place was an excellent choice for a brunch! We tried açai bowl and salmon protein bowl. Everything tasted super fresh and we loved the salmon bowl a lot with a good generous portion of the delicious verges and salmon. It was also reasonable for the portions that they service. Açai was perfect as a breakfast bowl but also as a dessert.
